This cozy studio is fully furnished with a king-sized bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. One of the highlights of this space is the private balcony, where you can unwind with a drink in hand and take in the sweeping oceanfront views, sunrises, sea breezes, and all. Step inside, and you'll find a full private bathroom just to the left. It features a tub/shower combo, vanity with mirror, hair dryer, and all the essentials to freshen up after a long day at the beach or pool. A few steps further brings you to the well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a mini fridge, toaster, microwave, and coffee maker, perfect for quick breakfasts or light meals. We've stocked the space with all the basics: utensils, plates, cups, and kitchenware, so you can dine in whenever you please. Prefer to head out? You're in luck, some of Myrtle Beach's best local spots are just a quick stroll or ride away, and delivery apps like Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates are widely available. As you move into the main living area, the oceanfront view will steal your attention. This sun-filled space is the heart of the condo and features a plush king bed flanked by two nightstands, a sleeper sofa, coffee table, flat-screen TV, and a small dining area perfect for meals, card games, or laptop work. The dresser provides plenty of storage for your belongings, and sliding glass doors lead directly out to your private balcony. Many of our guests say it's their favorite spot for watching the waves roll in or catching an unforgettable sunset. The Landmark Resort itself is packed with amenities that make it a guest favorite year after year. You'll have access to indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, a laundry facility, arcade, and more. Whether you're lounging poolside, floating along the lazy river, or enjoying a soak in the hot tub, there's something here for everyone. Stay connected with complimentary resort cable and Wi-Fi, and enjoy the convenience of everything you need, all in one place. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience. ​​​​​​​We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. Cancellation Policy: 

All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
