Next, we'll step into the expansive kitchen, complete with beautiful granite countertops, ample cooking space, and plenty of storage. Equipped with full-sized appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals for your group. If you'd rather skip cooking, you'll find UberEats, Postmates, and DoorDash are popular delivery options in the area! Beyond the kitchen is the inviting living room, which features access to one of the two private balconies through the condos. From here, enjoy breathtaking views of the Intracoastal Waterway as boats sail by. On those cozy evenings, snuggle up on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace, or unwind with your favorite shows. The space also includes two accent chairs, ensuring there's enough seating for everyone to relax together. Just past the living room is interior access point to unit C, the secondary section of the rental, offering a private sleeping area and its own bathroom. This section features a spacious king bed, a dresser, a wall-mounted TV, and access to its own private balcony overlooking the marina. The luxurious bathroom here includes a large standalone tub, a standing shower, and a double vanity sink, creating a spa-like experience for guests. Returning to unit A, you'll find the master bedroom at the back of the condo. This peaceful retreat offers a king-sized bed, a dresser, a private closet, a wall-mounted TV, and plenty of natural light from the window. This rental is fully stocked and ready for you to arrive! All towels, linens, bedding, cookware, cutlery, and glassware are provided, and we even offer a few essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels to get you started. This property has a minimum age requirement of 21, and the reservation holder must be 21 years or older for the booking to be valid in our system.
