The fully equipped kitchen features custom white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and an extended granite island with barstool seating, plus a long counter with plenty of prep space. When it's time to eat, gather around the dining table for six just off the living area and steps from the pool deck. Every bedroom is built for a restful night. The master suite offers a king bed, two walk-in closets, private access to the pool, and a large en suite bath with dual vanities, a separate soaking tub, a Roman-style walk-in shower, and a private water closet. The second bedroom also features a king bed and its own pool access with a beautiful view, while the third offers a comfortable queen. All three bedrooms have their own en suite bathroom, a 65″ TV, plush mattresses, stylish comforters, and premium linens. Outdoor Living Step outside and let your soul unwind. The electrically heated pool is the centerpiece, framed by a deck dotted with loungers, plus a covered dining table and lounge area so you can stay relaxed even through a passing rain shower. Beyond the pool, a furnished private dock overlooks a wide bend of a freshwater canal — offering the kind of privacy and open water views a broad canal provides.
