Primary Bedroom + Ensuite Bath - King bed with premium linens and air purifier - Vaulted ceiling and curated artwork - Ensuite bath with rainfall shower and transom window for natural light - Located near the kitchen with private and shared access Second Bedroom + Shared Bath Access - California king bed (ideal for taller guests) - Roku TV, closet and dresser - Shares hallway access to full bath with tub/shower combo Third Bedroom + Shared Bath Access - King bed with West Elm frame, luxurious linens, and down pillows - Backyard views and cozy lounge couch - Shares access to hallway full bath - Both bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and bidets for added comfort. ✨Outdoor Space - Private wooded acre with seasonal creek - Deck with built-in seating and gas grill - Wildlife sightings: blue herons, deer, hawks, owls - Front courtyard patio with a mature Japanese Maple tree for morning coffee - Steps from walkable, quiet roads and trail connections CANCELLATIONS The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations. RENTER'S AGREEMENT A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts. DEPOSIT We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.
