This six-bedroom home is located close to the Oasis Clubhouse in the Champions Gate Resort. Guests will enjoy the open floor plan when they gather with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen opens up to the dining and living area and provides a great place to gather. The kitchen has a large countertop with seating for four, and the dining table is large enough for eight to sit on. The large sectional and additional chairs provide the perfect place to relax and watch the smart tv with cable. If guests prefer outdoor adventures, the private heated pool with spillover spa will be the perfect place solution. With no rear neighbors, guests will enjoy relaxing on the lounge chairs and outdoor seating. There is a full bathroom with a shower off of the living room with access to the pool. This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental. Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation. Max of 6 cars per address Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
