Speaking of dining, more formal meals can easily be prepared by the chef of the group in the well-appointed kitchen boasting granite countertops, stainless steel double ovens, a five-burner gas stove, a large refrigerator to stock up groceries in, and a dishwasher for easy cleanup! This upper level is also home to three bedrooms including the primary bedroom with a ensuite featuring granite counter tops, a double vanity and large soaking tub. The kiddos and young at heart will love hanging out downstairs, as the game room offers a ping-pong table, air hockey, and an 80s-inspired full size arcade machine to throw it back to the good old days. An 85-inch Roku TV completes the setting for a movie after the competition winds down. With a mini-fridge and sink close by, everything you need to have a blast is all right there. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. This home provides hair dryers. - Cell service is patchy but Wi-Fi is very strong. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
