You will find this 3-story beach retreat is in a secluded setting and is a perfect place for couples and families to relax and play or just lounge by the ocean front pool. This first floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath ocean view condo features a fully equipped kitchen, DW, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable TV with Showtime and private screen porch with easy access to the beach. Family attractions, golf & miniature golf, amusement park, water sports & fishing are all in close proximity to the Sea Cloisters. We rent strictly to families and mature persons over the age of 25. McMillan Real Estate, Inc cannot rent to teenage or college age groups, even if accompanied by an older chaperone. House party groups are NOT allowed. Should a house party attempt to occupy a property, they will be denied entrance or evicted, with no refund. Properties are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. Saturday to Saturday - Weekly Rentals Only. Trip Insurance available for an additional fee. No Smoking allowed in Unit, balcony, or on either side of entrance. No Pets, Boats, Motorcycles, Golf Carts, Trailers, or RV's allowed. No Elevator.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation by renter, the deposit will be refunded, less $145.00 ONLY if the same unit is re-rented for the same days, and for the same dollar amount as renters original reservation. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, all payments will be forfeited. Trip Insurance is offered and covers certain conditions of the cancellation. Trip Insurance will not cover the Cancellation Fee of $145.00. Travel Protection Insurance that we offer is provided through CSA Travel Protection - For questions about coverage call CSA at. There will be no hurricane evacuation refund without Travel Protection Insurance.

Booking Policy

RESERVATIONS: A prepayment of one half the rental rate is required to confirm a reservation. Prepayment and signed Rental Agreement contract must be received within two weeks after making reservation. Upon receipt of your deposit, a confirmation will be mailed or emailed showing the reserved unit, remaining balance and rental dates. The total balance of your charges is due at least 30 days prior to arrival date. Final payment will be posted to your account and confirmation will mailed or emailed. Personal checks, travelers check, cashier check (funds must be drawn on U.S. Dollars) and major credit cards will be accepted. Keys for late arrivals will no longer be left in the night box unless you have a zero ($0.00) balance and signed contract. CHECK-IN begins at 4 p.m. upon completion of housekeeping services. We cannot guarantee the 4 p.m. time, but your unit is usually ready by that time. Minimum age for Check-In is 24. More than the maximum occupancy in any unit is strictly prohibited. Please call for special instructions on late arrivals. GUEST must pick up keys at McMillan Real Estate, Inc office located at: 208 Main Street, North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. CHECK-OUT is at 10 a.m. or earlier (your corporation is appreciated.) There may be a full day charge for a late check-out. ALL UNITS kitchens are fully quipped for daily meals and serving. Each bed comes with a blanket, pillow or pillows depending on bed size and/or bedspread or comforter. LINEN: No linens are furnished. For your convenience Linen Packages are available: $28 for Kings, Queens and Full, includes top and bottom sheets with two (2) pillow cases and four (4) each towels, hand towels and wash cloths. $19 for twin, includes top and bottom sheet with a pillow case and two (2) each towels, hand towels and wash cloths. Each Linen Package also comes with a Kitchen set (dish towel & dish cloth). PLEASE NOTE: Property items, i.e. bedspreads, pillows, chairs, pots and pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, etc., are NOT to be taken out of the property to the beach or to other properties. CAPACITY OF ACCOMMODATIONS: Properties are restricted to the number stated that it accommodates regardless of available bedding, exceptions made only for infants. SUBSTITUTIONS: In the event a reserved accommodation becomes unavailable for rental use, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable unit or grant a refund or your payments, at our option, without further liability. DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE: All renters are required to pay for departure maid service. This charge varies according to the size of the condominium. Upon departure, guest are responsible for the following: 1) Clean and put away dishes, glasses, pots & pans and other utensils. 2) Leave stove clean, oven clean and coffee maker off. 3) If you rented the Linen Package, please load dirty linen back into the provided green canvas bag for the Linen company to pick up. 4) Put trash in plastic bag and take to the dumpster or outside trashcans. 5) Leave all doors and windows locked and secured. 6) Return all keys to our office. Excessive cleaning requirements that we deem necessary in accordance with the South Carolina Lodging Establishment Act will be charged to the renter if necessary. If anything is unsatisfactory with your unit (i.e cleaning) please report it to us IMMEDIATELY and allow our office to correct the problem. No refunds will be given. GROUPS AND HOUSE PARTIES: Warning - We rent to families and responsible adults only. Please note that the minimum Check-In is age 24. We do not rent to house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternity, high school graduation, springbreak from high schools or colleges, or other non family groups to be determined at the sole discretion of McMillan Real Estate, Inc. Occupancy by a such a group is grounds for eviction. Motorcycles, trailers, boats, buses, oversize vehicles, golf carts, etc. are not allowed. Parking is limited to two (2) cars at condominium locations. Luggage car top carries are not permitted in some parking garages. ALL PROPERTIES are privately owned and reflect the individual tastes of the owner. We cannot be held responsible for changes by owners in furnishings and equipment. Neither McMillan Real Estate, Inc. or the owner will be obligated to provide furnishings or equipment not presently available in the unit. OWNERS HAVE LOCKED PRIVATE STORAGE. These areas are absolutely not included in the renal. Entry into locked closets or drawers is prohibited and considered damage to property. PLEASE DO NOT move or rearrange the furniture. OTHER POLICY: All of our Rental Condominiums are NO SMOKING and NO PETS. No phone calls may be billed to the Homeowner's telephone. Fireworks and grilling on balconies are illegal within city limits. PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to check-out early during your stay, we do not provide refunds for the remaining days of your reservation. HOSPITALITY TAX: 12% sales/accommodations tax. *Important Note: We make every effort to ensure accuracy of rates displayed online and during a quote process. However, there are times that rates are inaccurate due to clerical errors. We reserve the right to fix errors at any time once they be brought to our attention. We cannot honor any rates with such errors.
