Take a quick drive over to Yacht Club Beach or cross the Cape Coral Bridge into Fort Myers. Sleeping Arrangements - Master Suite: King bed, TV, pool deck access, two large walk-in closets. Luxury en-suite bath with dual vanities, centered garden tub, and walk-around shower. - Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large walk-in closet, TV, pool deck access. - Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, large walk-in closet, TV. - Guest Bathroom: Walk-in shower with pool access. The bright, open great room is centered around an entertainment system with a large TV. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. The formal dining room is ideal for group meals. Streaming-capable TVs and WiFi are available throughout the home. Step out to an oversized pool deck featuring an electric heated pool and spa with a fountain feature. The lanai doors are equipped with a pool alarm. Two kayaks are included for a leisurely ride down the water. There is a poolside and dockside tiki hut with waterfront views for an evening drink. Ample outdoor seating, tables, and loungers make it easy to soak up the Florida sun. An outdoor BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts. Rates & Policies - The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests. - Initial supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, garbage bags, etc.) is provided for approximately 3–5 days. - Electric charge is prepaid and included in the reservation - Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
