Welcome to Benzine Farm! Benzine Farm provides access to the best of Beech Mountain Winter and Summer. Benzine Farm is located in a cozy wooded setting with a circular driveway for easy access. It is less than a 5-minute drive to the ski slopes. The kitchen, dining, and living areas have an open floor plan with a vaulted ceiling, a wall of windows, and a stone fireplace in the main living area. The home also has access from the parking area to the lower level where the king suite is located. Outside is a fire pit, a horseshoe pitch, and a cornhole game. This home is located about 1.5 miles from the Ski Slopes. Beech Mountain Club Guests with a reservation at Benzine Farm are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation. BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully. Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date. Please note BMC Policy 4a. : owners membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first come first serve basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information. A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer. Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
