This ocean view 1 bedroom is fully furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen size murphy bed, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. Our guests enjoy having their own private balcony where they can relax and enjoy the views of the ocean. Upon entering, guests will enter through a small hallway. The kitchen area is to the right of the main entrance and features full size appliances a full size stove and oven, oversized cabinet space, a microwave, plentiful countertops, full size fridge, and everything you need to prepare your meals! We provide all cookware, utensils, plates, cups, and basic kitchen necessities. For guests who prefer to dine out, there are several restaurants within a short walk or ride from the Landmark. In addition, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Postmates have become very popular food delivery options. Just behind the kitchen you will find the bathroom. The bathroom features toilet, vanity, and shower/tub combo. The bedroom sits off to the left of the main entrance and features 1 king sized bed, beautiful décor, closet, TV with digital cable, and dresser for storage. The king bed will comfortably accommodate 1-2 guests. Making your way into the living room, guests will be blown away by the ocean views. The living room is the most popular area of the apartment, and features a queen size murphy bed (wall bed), sectional sofa, blackout curtains, TV, and a dining table with stools! Guests will also access the private balcony from this area. The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and WIFI. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. All payments will be forfeited if canceled.  There will be no refunds due to personal taste or inclement weather.  Hurricanes, including any mandatory evacuations, will not constitute any refund.  We encourage all guests to purchase Travel Protection Insurance at the time of booking.  We make all efforts to ensure the property you have booked is reflected by the pictures shown.  In-resort areas, construction can occur due to new attractions, accommodations, and upgrades to the resort.  We do not offer refunds, make rate adjustments, or provide rebates due to these matters.
