The Breakaway House is a newly renovated duplex home located just off the main access road in Killington. This listing is for the left unit of the home (Unit A), and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two floors. (You may also rent the combined left and right units if you wish.) Completely gut-renovated, the house is the perfect place for your family or group to start your Killington vacation - be it winter, spring, summer or fall. You're located close to all that Killington has to offer and you'll enjoy having the living space upstairs while sleeping space is on the main floor. Smart TVs with streaming services, games and a wood burning stove will keep you occupied when you're home, while the open kitchen is the perfect setup for celebrating any occasion together. In the warmer months, you can grill on the back deck or enjoy the yard. The Breakaway House is the perfect place for your Killington holiday! (Pet fee may apply. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge. • Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke on the outdoor deck. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house. • You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking. • For your safety and ours, we have a camera on the front of the house. This is not in any of the living areas. • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use NoiseAware, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. A $155 pet fee would apply. • A 15,000 BTU air conditioning unit is installed upstairs. We also offer discounts on rentals! • Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel up to 2 days before arrival and receive a full refund of your lodging and cleaning fee. Service fees may not be refundable. Valid for bookings of 180 days or less. Refund payment for cancelled bookings from 60 days to 2 days before arrival will be made on your scheduled check-out date. Refund payments for canceled bookings 61 days or more before the check-in date will be released to the Guest within 5 days of when the cancellation is made.
